Kenny van Ierlant is a highly motivated, business focussed and results driven international CEO/CIO . He has proven skills in the creation and leadership of development and business case supported major global programs implementation. Experienced in the creation and delivery of effective IT/business  alignment strategies and major change programs. He has been involved in company acquisition and post-acquisition integration management. He has been responsible for the creation and management of international IT shared service centres, outsourcing implementation and management for very large international enterprises.

K.E.J. van Ierlant career

After finishing his two MBA’s in Strategic Business Management and Strategic Marketing (IMD & INSEAD) K.E.J. van Ierlant started working as a Business Development Manager and later Account Director for “Digital Equipment Corporation” in 1980 till 1995 . Kenny van Ierlant fulfilled in this period  several management positions. In the period 1995- 2002 he was employed as a management consultant on behalf of Ernst & Young temporary management consultants to be parachuted in organisations that require management attention on IT related issues.  Kenny was involved in companies as “Pink Roccade” and “Atos/Origin” to right size new acquisitions and initiate new business activities . In 1998 Kenny was appointed  as an interim CIO for “Eneco” . (“Eneco Energy” is one of the largest energy companies in the Netherlands) He continued in 1999 his job prescription as an interim CIO for “Essent ” (“Essent” is the largest energy company that specializes in the generation, transport, trade and supply of gas and electricity. For both companies Kenny was involved in implementing a corporate IT Governance program.  In 2001 Kenny was appointed to the board ,on behalf of a private equity company, as an interim CEO for a venture named “AND International Publishers”.At AND Kenny outsourced all production activities to India and streamlined the company back into profitability . After this project he became  an Interim CEO (Delegated Commissary Supervisory Board) for a corporation named “Share of Mind” a leading internet marketing company to fundamentally reorganise their business model. In 2004 he was appointed as Vice President for a management consultancy (MCG Plc) group in London offering a diverse range of consulting and professional services offerings.In this prescription Kenny was involved in reorganising the CIO office for Air France /KLM and the West Landes Bank in Dusseldorf. In 2006 K.E.J. van Ierlant joined “ConQuaestor”  as an interim consultant to the firm to launch a new business  program  on IT Governance “ConQuaestor” is one of the fastest growing business consultancy in the Netherlands focused on SOX compliance, business excellence for Private equity companies, and information governance. The company mainly serve the largest 250 companies most of which are listed on Euronext Amsterdam. At the moment he is an associate partner responsible for Information Governance practice and Knowledge Management, and also portfolio management and acquisition planning.
